Procedures

  • Request a technical support service through personal attendance, or send an official letter or email to the organization.

 

  • Meeting the manufacturer or trader and visiting the factory or exhibition site - if necessary-.

 

  • Technical support is provided as follows:

 

  • Product classification;
  • Specifying the legislations and technical rules that apply to the product.
  • Specifying relevant standards (Jordanian, European EN and International ISO standards).
  • Providing information regarding the technical documents that must be prepared, such as the usage instructions and declaration of Conformity with legislations.

 

  • Providing information regarding the warnings and marks to be placed on the product and / or the can.
  • Assessment of the technical documents submitted by the concerned authority regarding the product and / or its manufacturing.
  • Provide any other information required in order to meet the conditions applicable to the product.
